Bila Tserkva (Belaya Tserkov)
is a city located on the Ros' River in the
Kiev province in central Ukraine, approximately
80 km (50 mi) south of the national capital,
Kiev. Population 203,300. Area 34 km?. Administrative
center of the Bilotserkivskyi district,
Bila Tserkva is a city of province subordinance
thus being subject directly to the province
authorities rather to the district administration
housed in the city itself.
